Your household will receive bi-weekly nutritious food parcels, bilingual English/Spanish educational resources (books, backpacks, flyers with information to access resources, educational book kits from Scholastic for PreK-12 curriculum) which will only be sent during the summer, and 211 Helpline support for providing referrals for other needed community resources (rental payment assistance, tax assistance, helping veterans prevent becoming evicted), and transportation support by delivering the compiled items and goods directly to households.
You will receive quality fresh foods that are nutrient-dense. Food may vary from week to week and is determined by Feeding Westchester.

The program is limited to 1000 households within a 15-mile delivery radius of the Mount Vernon Public Library , Ossining High School, or Peekskill High School. You must be a resident of Elmsford, Larchmont, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, Ossining, Peekskill, Pelham, Sleepy Hollow, Tarrytown, Tuckahoe, White Plains, or Yonkers to participate.
