ALICE $ense Program

ALICE $ense helps residents in Westchester and Putnam counties thrive financially rather than just survive. Through our financial empowerment program, known as ALICE $ense, you will gain access to some of the most innovative financial resources that exist today. This program will help you:

Grow your personal savings
Build sustainable spending habits
Handle financial emergencies
And much more!

Signing up for ALICE $ense grants you access to the ALICE $ense web page, which features financial resources and tools. Signing up also lets you create an account with Cell-Ed, a mobile learning platform that helps teach and practice language skills, digital literacy, financial literacy, and more. This program and its resources are provided to you completely free of cost through United Way of Westchester and Putnam.
