COVID-19: Free Food Distribution for Putnam Residents
The Putnam County Emergency Food Distribution is currently at full capacity. Please check back for openings.
To help Putnam County residents who have been financially affected by the COVID-19 public health emergency, the United Way of Westchester of Putnam and Putnam County Government has organized for food from the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE THEIR PACKAGES DELIVERED TO THEIR HOMES.
The program will run on Thursdays through August 27.
Families with students that qualify for free or reduced lunch will also receive books and activities throughout the program.
The program is limited to 600 households. You must be a Putnam County resident to participate.
